Protecting and securing your data is at the heart of Raveneo's infrastructure. Because our activity involves handling prospecting lists and sensitive business data, we apply the strictest confidentiality standards.
1. Data we collect
We collect:
- Account information: email, strongly hashed password.
- Prospecting data: imported CSV files, encrypted temporary connection cookies for your LinkedIn actions, and logs of sent messages.
- Telemetry: anonymized analytics data needed to debug the system.
2. Purposes and use
Imported cookies and sessions are used exclusively to automate your account within the campaigns you approve. Raveneo will never resell your contact lists, message history or cookies to third parties. Your actions stay strictly confined to your “Workspace”.
3. Security and hosting
Our data is hosted in secure European data centers (GDPR compliant). Connections between your browser, our web servers and our back-end “runners” use encrypted protocols (HTTPS/SSL).
4. Deletion and rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data at any time. Requesting account deletion triggers the irreversible destruction of your entire workspace (contacts, logs, statistics, cookies).
