Welcome to Raveneo. By accessing or using our prospecting platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Service access
Access to the platform is reserved for professionals. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and the use made of their account. Raveneo reserves the right to suspend access in case of abuse (obvious spam, unauthorized reselling of access rights).
2. Fair use and quotas
Raveneo interacts with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn. Although we do everything we can to protect your accounts, you acknowledge that daily limits and compliance with the target network's terms remain your sole responsibility.
3. Intellectual property
All structural, software, graphic and text elements specific to Raveneo (excluding the data you import) remain the full and exclusive property of Raveneo Inc. Any partial or full reproduction is prohibited.
4. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Raveneo's registered office.
